Attached hereto is an official copy of the Palm Spring Villas South Second Annual Meeting/Election Notice. The Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 25, 2024, 7:00 pm at San Lazaro Catholic Church 4400 W 18 Ave.
However, since the Association only received five notices of Candidacy for five available director positions, the Board is complete, these members will serve on the Board as directors and no election at the Annual Meeting will be necessary. Still an annual meeting of the board of directors will take place on March 25th.

Sin embargo, dado que la Asociación solo recibió cinco (5) avisos de candidatura para cinco puestos de director disponibles, la Junta está completa, estos miembros servirán en la Junta como directores y no será necesaria ninguna elección en la Asamblea Anual, aún así se realizará la reunión anual de la junta de directores el 25 de Marzo, 2024.
