NOTICE IS HEREBY given, according to Florida Statutes and the Bylaws of Palm Spring Villas South Maintenance Inc, (the “Association”), that, for the members of the Association, the Annual/Election meeting of the Association will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, 6:00 pm at San Lazaro Catholic Church 4400 W 18 Ave. to conduct such other business which may properly be brought at an Annual Meeting.
The undersigned has hereby certified that this notice shall be mailed by depositing same in the United States Post Office in a postage-paid sealed envelope by Regular Mail to each member of the Association at his or her respective address as same appears on the books of the Association, or placed in each unit mailbox and posted in the Association Website.
POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA, de conformidad con los Estatutos de Florida y los Estatutos de Palm Springs Villas South Maintenance, Inc., (la “Asociación”), que, para los miembros de la Asociación, la reunión anual de la Asociación se llevará a cabo el lunes 24 de Marzo a las 6:00 pm, en San Lazaro Catholic Church para llevar a cabo asuntos pendientes y otros que puedan presentarse en una Asamblea Anual.
El abajo firmante certifica que este aviso se enviará depositándolo en la Oficina Postal de los Estados Unidos con franqueo pagado por correo regular a cada miembro de la Asociación a su dirección respectiva como la misma que aparece en los libros de la Asociación, o entregado a su buzón y posteado en la pagina Web de la Associacion.
