According to the Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes, and in order to protect all Community Association members, all new residents (tenants or owners) at the Association must complete an application process and interview for approval to move in to their new residence.
All prospective residents MUST complete an application and be approved by the Association Board of Directors BEFORE moving in to the property. Any violation of this agreement will be ground for immediate DENIAL.
For this application process, new residents must present the following documents:

4. Two recommendation letters.
These supporting documents can be electronically uploaded as individual files in the application screen.
The cost of the application process and interview is $150 (non-refundable) payable in the form of cash or money order to Your Neighborhood Management Group, Inc.
The contract’s titular must call the Property Manager at (786) 247-4100 when the application has been submitted to arrange for payment delivery. After receiving and reviewing the application, the Management office will call you with the date and time for the interview to discuss all characteristics and regulations of the HOA and community. The Approval Certificate will be available 10 to 15 days from the date that the application is submitted.
Every time that the property changes tenant/owner, a new application must be filed. No sub-leasing is permitted.
